- Advised on applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136) involving multi-million dollar estates. Advised on multiple ancillary applications including a variation application to open a Committee’s investment account maintained at an international investment company with high management fees.
Matrimonial
- Acted for the Petitioner against the permanent relocation of the children (6-day trial) and application pursuant to section 17 (avoidance of transactions intended to defeat certain claims) of Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance (Cap. 192) involving allotment of share capital of a company.
- Acted for the mother for the application, on behalf of her child, for a declaration of parentage under Section 6 of Parent and Child Ordinance (Cap. 429) and for financial provisions for the benefit of her child.
- Applied for orders for non-molestation and non-disclosure of address for the Petitioner.
